Abstract:This paper gives a survey on recent developments of logical networks and some related systems,including the background of logical networks,the theory of semi-tensor product (STP) of matrices,some fundamental works on logical networks,and some recent related works.In particular,some very recent interesting works for the past ten years are presented,concerning the topics of controllability,observability,stability and stabilization,synchronization,optimal control,disturbance decoupling,and so on.Since the method of STP has great potential in dealing with logical networks and some other related systems,a great attraction from domestic and oversea researchers has been paid on the study of STP and its applications.Some recent important research areas are also surveyed in this paper including pinning control,function perturbations,system decomposition,output tracking issues,symbolic dynamics,and so on.The main objective is to give a comprehensive introduction to the application of STP on logical networks and some other systems.

Abstract:A relation of equivalence for the differential systems has been found since the establishment of reflecting theory by Professor Mironenko.Then the equivalence between complicated systems and simple systems,between nonautonomous differential systems and autonomous differential systems has been established,which can be employed to study the qualitative behavior of a complicated or nonautonomous differential system by discussing a simple or autonomous differential system.Many good results with theoretical and practical value have been obtained by researchers.

Abstract:Cyber Physical Systems (CPSs) integrate control,communication and computation technologies to facilitate close interactions between human being and physical world.CPS is widely recognized as one of the revolutional technologies for smart cities,smart grid,intelligent manufacturing and so on.In all of these applications,due to potential vulnerability to cyber attacks,CPS security is one of the key design concerns and has drawn increasing research attention recently.In this paper,we provide a review of recent studies on CPS security.We first introduce several types of security threats that are able to cause severe damage to any target CPS if not well protected.We then present a survey of recent literature on attack analysis,detection and defeating strategies,and discuss a list of research challenges in this area.

Abstract:We consider the distribution of roots to a general third-order exponential polynomial equation and give detailed conditions about when all roots lie on the left half plane,a pair of roots cross the imaginary axis and enter the right half plane.These results can be used to discuss the local stability and Hopf bifurcation of three-dimensional biological systems with delay.We apply our results to the three-species delayed food chain models,delayed models for the control of testosterone secretion,delayed models of within-host HIV infection of CD4+T-cells,glucose-insulin systems with delay,and tumor-immune system interaction models with delay.

Abstract:This paper deals with the problems of robust absolute stability for uncertain time-delay Lurie control systems with structured parameter perturbations and norm bound parameter perturbations respectively.Delay-dependent and delay-independent sufficient conditions for robust absolute stability of the systems are derived by using Lyapunov method.The results are presented in term of linear matrix inequality (LMI) to find the less conservative criteria,which can be easily solved by using Matlab toolbox.

Abstract:The incidence of gastric cancer is very high in China,and the number of new patients diagnosed with gastric cancer accounts for 42% of that of the whole world every year,so gastric cancer has become the focus of the prevention and control of malignant tumors in China.In this paper,the C5.0 classification algorithm is used to predict the survival rate of gastric cancer,and experiments are carried out using the SEER database of the American National Cancer Institute.The data preprocessing and data integration methods are given according to the unbalanced characteristics of gastric cancer record data.The prediction experimental results show that,the accuracy and specificity of C5.0 algorithm are high compared with BP-neural network method;and there is an obvious correlation between birth place and survival state of gastric cancer patients.This study is a practical application of data mining technology in the field of medicine,which has certain reference value for the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer;it can provide reference for doctors to formulate reasonable treatment and prevention program.

Abstract:For a class of singular systems operated repeatedly on finite interval,the paper proposes an iterative learning control algorithm based on initial state learning with index gain for control input.By using the operator theory,the paper gives the convergence conditions.The algorithm can speed up the convergence rate on the basis of ensuring convergence when compared with the closed-loop D type algorithm.The effectiveness of the iterative learning control algorithm is proved by the illustrative example.

Abstract:This paper deals with the problem of stability analysis and stabilization for Markovian jump systems with time delays.Firstly,a stability criterion is derived by employing a new integral inequality.Secondly,based on the stability criterion,a sufficient condition,which ensures the existence of state feedback controllers such that the resulting closed-loop system is stochastically stable while satisfying extended dissipativity.Finally,two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Abstract:The origin of the saturation problem is introduced,and the development of anti-windup technique is divided into three periods.The general anti-windup scheme and some key problems are talked about.Two difficulties exist in anti-windup studies,including estimation of the attraction domain and processing of saturation.The design ideas of and the theory applied in direct and anti-windup methods are briefly summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared.The lately results are introduced separately in linear and non-linear systems.Some extensions are discussed to enrich the anti-windup research.

Abstract:This paper addressed the stochastic finite-time stability (SFTS) problem for a class of Markovian jump systems with random delays and external disturbances.Stochastic variables obeying Bernoulli distribution are introduced to model the random delays.In this work,firstly,SFTS performances are analyzed.Based on these analyses,new criteria are derived to synthesize the SFTS controller,such that system states are SFTS in the presence of Markov jumps,time delays,and external disturbances.Besides,the upper bound of state values is derived in an explicit form.Finally,an illustrative example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract:Since the advent of the Markowitz portfolio theory,the portfolio choice problem has been concerned and researched by many scholars.In this paper,we first explain the theoretical framework of modern portfolio,and introduce the main researchers and their studied results as well as methods in different periods.Then we discuss the optimal consumption-portfolio problem with behavioral portfolio in detail and a portfolio model with loss aversion is presented.Finally,we give the expansion of the framework of the consumption and investment portfolio model with loss aversion under the inflation,the jump-diffusion and the Knight uncertainty.

Abstract:With soil moisture dataset derived from China Land Data Assimilation System of China Meteorological Administration(CLDAS-CMA),the spatiotemporal and vertical distribution of soil moisture over the Tibetan Plateau(TP) and its typical areas with influencing factors have been investigated for period of July 1,2009 to June 30,2010.Results show that soil moisture corresponds well to the precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau.Soil tends to be wet during the rainy season with large precipitation and vice versa.Soil moisture persists significant seasonal variation,which is highest in summer,followed by that in spring and autumn,while it is lowest in winter.With the rise of air temperature,March to August has become the period with increasing soil moisture and the areas with high soil moisture has expanded from the southeast part of Tibet to the northwest part of the Plateau,as well as from Tarim Basin to the northeastern of Tibet.As for the vertical distribution,soil moisture tends to be high at interlayer,and low at shallow layer and deep layer,with a gradual decreasing trend in variation magnitude from shallow layer to deep layer.The distribution of soil moisture at typical areas over the TP presents similar temporal variation tendency as the regional average soil moisture for the entire Plateau.Season with large precipitation is corresponding to the season with large soil moisture in humid and semi-arid areas.Humid areas has bigger vertical gradient in soil moisture compared with arid and semi-arid areas.Meteorological variables such as evaporation,wind speed,average air temperature and vegetation coverage have some influence on the distribution of soil moisture.
