Abstract:The multi-innovation methods can be applied to adaptive filtering,parameter estimation,self-tuning control,adaptive fault detection and diagnosis,etc.for linear systems and nonlinear systems.Linear systems include two basic types:equation-error type systems and output-error type systems.This paper studies the multi-innovation (MI) extended stochastic gradient algorithm and the MI extended least squares identification algorithm for equation-error moving average (EEMA) systems (namely,CARMA systems),and presents the decomposition based MI generalized extended stochastic gradient (GESG) algorithm and the MI generalized extended least squares (GELS) algorithm,and the filtering based MI-GESG algorithm and the filtering based MI-GELS algorithm for equation-error autoregressive moving average (EEARMA) systems (namely,CARARMA systems).

Abstract:The key aim of this serial papers is to study various stochastic models in finance with emphasis on the Monte Carlo simulations with R for these models.In this paper,we studied the Black-Scholes model,which was originally established by Black and Scholes and later developed by Merton.Our emphasis is still on the Monte Carlo simulations with R.Compared with the Black-Scholes formulas on the option values,we show once again the power of the Monte Carlo simulations.

Abstract:This paper carries out theoretical analysis on blind area of meteorological radar and the Radar Cross Section (RCS),in order to address the effect of lightning rod on radar echo.The RCS of lightning rods with different materials and sizes are studied by HFSS simulation and experiment under horizontal polarization.The simulation results show that,given the same rod material and radar wavelength,the RCS is positively related with the rod height and radius;given the same radar wavelength,the RCS is larger by rod with perfect metal than that with combined material of plastic steel and perfect metal.The experiment result indicates that the effect of lightning rod on weather radar echo can be ignored when the rod is installed near the X band Doppler radar.The result provides theoretical and practical reference for the installation of lightning rod near meteorological radar.

Abstract:The rapid development of mobile Internet and the continuing decline of intelligent terminal cost attract more and more users,thus the user's privacy and information security becomes significant in the mobile Internet era.In this paper,we analyze the weak link in user's information security in WiFi hotspot environment,then compare the application effect of two conventional encryption algorithms,thereafter propose a secure communication based on token mechanism in OAuth protocol,which can ensure the security of user privacy,keep the server at high response speed,even can timely remind and guide the user in case of information risk or abnormality in the user's application.Finally,this design is applied in the system,and the stress test results show that the proposed design is effective.

Abstract:Abstract The frame structure of and GIS application in weather modification terminal software are summarized in aspects of features and problems.A plug-in weather modification system based on open source GIS is designed according to the specific business needs of weather modification.The system structure is developed on .NET and designed by the secondary development of plug-in GIS application framework.The GIS function is realized through a combination of GDAL and SharpMap,thereafter the function of plug-in modules and the realization of GIS modules are described in detail,and the specific design method for weather modification command system is also given.Actual operating practices show that,the command system improves the efficiency of function expansion and post-maintenance of weather modification business system.

Abstract:A direction control system based on microcontroller is designed to regulate the blades orientation of small wind turbine.The system consists of wind direction sensor module,LCD module,driving module and the blades orientation control device.The wind direction sensor module measures the wind direction,which will then be sent to the control core of MSP430F149 microcontroller,and displayed by LCD.The system sends the adjustment signal to stepping machine,which will drive the wind turbine blades to face the wind orientation.The system can improve the work efficiency of wind turbines,thus has some practical significance for wind power plants.

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization and management efficiency of CD in library,information technology was introduced to assist CD lending and management.Combined with the status of CD lending and management in library,a CD lending management system based on Web technology was put forward to meet above needs.Functions and the structure of the system were designed.Two management modes,namely lending-management mode for entity disc,and request-downloading mode for mirrored compact disc,were designed according to CD types.XML technology was used to enhance the parallel access capability of the system,by implementing an information cache of CD.An information pusher was designed in the system,and CD resources sharing capability was improved by this mechanism.

Abstract:Measure of the heterogeneity of urban underlying surface is important to improve meso-scale numerical model and increase accuracy of urban weather forecast.Based on fractional Brownian motion theory and Landsat-TM satellite images,fractal dimensions of Beijing's typical underlying surface types and the entire urban region are estimated for 2011,which is used to measure the heterogeneity of Beijing's underlying surface structure.The results indicate that the fractal dimension can effectively measure the heterogeneity characteristics of Beijing's surface.The heterogeneity values for different typical ground object samples are ranked in descending order as business district,residential district,green field,crop,woodland,and water body.The regions inside 6th-ring road and suburban towns have significant heterogeneity,with fractional dimensions generally higher than 2.50.There is a low fractional dimension region in Beijing's center area within 2nd-ring road region.Fractional dimension of region between 2nd-ring road and 4th-ring road is highest and above 2.70,and it decreases outside of 5th-ring road.In a whole,the heterogeneity of urban underlying surface is distributed as firstly increase then decrease from city center to surrounding areas in Beijing.The exurb crop and woodland have low heterogeneity.For different underlying surface types,average fractional dimension of building,green land,unutilized land,crop,forest and water are 2.71,2.62,2.55,2.38,2.30 and 2.28,respectively.And the values of fractal dimensions show the quantitative measure of heterogeneity of various underlying surface types,which bears reference for quantitative description of complexities of urban boundary layer.

Abstract:The tobacco field experiment data of Yuxi and Zhaotong during 2010-2011 were used tosimulate the potential growth processes of tobacco in Yunnan province,thus calibrate and validate the WOFOST model for tobacco development.The tobacco field experiment data of Zhaotong in 2010 were applied to the WOFOST model to get the localized WOFOST model parameters for Yunnan province,which were then validated by the rest of the experimental data.The results show that the WOFOST model can simulate the tobacco potential growth process,and the current tobacco yield is only about 88% of its potential yield,thus there's still room for increasing tobacco yield in Yunnan province.

Abstract:The strength and movement path of tropical cyclones will directly affect the changes of the ambient atmosphere in aspects of air pressure,temperature,dew point and other weather elements.To better understand the impact of tropical cyclones on climate of Haikou city,this paper collects the key factors of tropical cyclones affecting Haikou city,thus establishes the impact predictor pool,and forecasts the trends in precipitation,maximum wind speed and the average temperature based on the Support Vector Machines(SVM) method.The results show that this method generally works well in trend prediction of the three weather elements during tropical cyclone process affecting the Haikou city.But the method show some deviation in forecast accuracy for wind speed higher than 15m/s and rainfall greater than 200 mm,which may be due to the lack of some key factors in predictor pool and the averaging process in principle of SVM model.

Abstract:The energy coordination between main lightning protective components is an important issue in the combined Surge Protective Device(SPD).The principles of Gas Discharge Tube (GDT),Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV),and Transient Suppression Diode (TVS) are analyzed theoretically,and then the three kinds of components were combined in parallel connection,and tested by impact experiments,in accordance with the specifications and requirements of IEC62305 and GB50343—2010.The results show that reasonable parallel combination of different SPD components has a significant effect on improving the overall response rate,shortening the action progress time,increasing the flow capacity and limit voltage level.The conclusions have practical values for the design of combined SPD.

Abstract:With the obvious change of global climate characteristics and rapid development of industrial economy,the number of faults on grid equipment in Jiangsu Power Grid caused by meteorological disasters is showing an increasing trend year by year,especially the contamination flashover faults and wind deflection faults.On the basis of extensive investigation,this paper presents the fault characteristics of power grid equipment under wind,thunderstorm,haze or ice.And furthermore it pinpoints the main meteorological elements and the related influence law.Combining with the existing operation experience and prevention measures,this paper gives the overall defense advice for power grid against meteorological disasters,including improved design and plan of power grid equipment,employment of new technology,meteorological disaster monitoring and warning system.The results above can provide important reference for the designing,maintaining and fault prevention of power grids with similar meteorological conditions.

Abstract:In this paper,the construction of wavelet tight frames with dilation factor α in Rn are studied.Sufficient conditions for existence of wavelet tight frames generated by the m functions are presented,and explicit algorithms for the construction of the wavelet frames are provided.Finally,an example of wavelet tight frames is offered.
