    • Partially coupled iterative identification methods for multivariable equation error type systems

      Abstract:For multivariable equation error moving average systems,this paper gives an extended stochastic gradient identification algorithm,a recursive extended least squares identification algorithm,a gradient based iterative(GI) identification algorithm and a least squares based iterative(LSI) identification algorithm,using the least squares principle and the iterative search principle.For multivariable equation error moving average systems and multivariable equation error autoregressive moving average systems,this paper uses the coupling identification concept and decomposes a multivariable system into several subsystems,derives the corresponding GI identification algorithm,partially coupled(subsystem) GI identification algorithm,subsystem LSI identification algorithm and partially coupled subsystem LSI identification algorithm.Furthermore,using the filtering technique,this paper studies the subsystem GI identification algorithm,partially coupled (subsystem) GI identification algorithm,partially coupled subsystem LSI identification algorithm for multivariable equation error autoregressive moving average systems.The computational steps for several typical identification algorithms are provided.

      Abstract:As for a new proposed class of chaotic system,the anti-synchronization control problem is studied between the drive and the response system.Based on Lyapunov stability theory and the adaptive control method,a method of controller design and an adaptive learning algorithm of the parameters are presented for the anti-synchronization of the new chaotic system.On this basis,through the numerical simulation carried out via Matlab software,the simulation results show that all the parameters can be accurately identified,and that it can make error system stable in a relatively short period of time,which certifies the correctness of the controller and the parameter adaptive law.Finally,synchronization circuit results are verified via Multisim simulation platform,which further proves that the circuit can be realized.

      Abstract:According to the characteristics and demands of automatic height adjusting system in numerical control(NC) flame cutting machine,we carry out global optimization and identification of proportion integration differentiation(PID) parameters for position adjuster,which can improve the precision and speed of DC servo system effectively.Compared with traditional stable boundary optimizing method,the genetic algorithm used in the optimization of PID parameters can improve the dynamic performance of automatic height adjusting system obviously and has strong robust performance.

      Abstract:The travel blog website will increasingly focus on participation and interactivity of tourists under web 2.0,yet the existing travel blog does not reflect the interactivity or the time-and-spatial characteristics well.A new WebGis travel blog based on the ASP.NET platform and Google maps Gmap3 integrated API is developed and discussed in this paper.The system consists of two sub-systems named route planning and travel blog.In the route planning sub-system,all of the applications are developed based on the Google map,including destination lookup,travel arrangement and navigation.In the travel blog sub-system,all the travel blogs are expanded around the Google map,and integrated with text,pictures,video and other multimedia information.The system features with the advantages of simple operation,strong interactivity,and good experience.

      Abstract:Precise navigation & positioning is a key issue for ship navigation.The principles of strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS),celestial navigation system(CNS),and Doppler navigation system(DNS) are given,and the state equation and measurement equation of information fusion are given in detail.Data including the position and attitude information provided by the CNS,and ship velocity information acquired by Doppler velocity sonar,are integrated with the SINS to improve the accuracy and reliability of ship navigation.Simulation experiment is carried out for the integrated navigation system,and the simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive Kalman filter has high convergence speed and certain fault tolerance,which can improve the accuracy of the integrated ship navigation system.

    • Analysis of lightning stroke event on June 23,2011 in the Palace Museum

      Abstract:On June 23,2011,five sites including Xiqing Gate and the Arrow Station in the Palace Museum were struck by lightning.The weather condition and the characteristics of atmospheric electric field and lightning distribution during the lightning stroke period are analyzed in detail utilizing the routine weather data,satellite data,radar echo data,the atmospheric electric field data as well as the lightning data.Then,on the basis of the field investigation of lightning stroke in each place,the specific causes of lightning stroke and the weak link of lightning protection are analyzed.Aiming at these existent problems,the improvement suggestions are given.Especially,the small scale lightning monitoring and early warning measures are put forward.Thus the precise monitoring and warning measures will be implemented and the lightning protection of the Palace Museum will be improved.Some references are provided for lightning monitoring & warning and the selection of lightning protection measures in the cultural relics sites.

      Abstract:Based on the lightning disaster investigation data,lightning monitoring data in Zhejiang province from 2007 to 2010,vulnerability analysis and risk zoning of lightning disaster in Zhejiang province are made in this paper.Indicators,such as cloud to ground lightning density,the frequency of lightning disaster,economic vulnerability module,vital vulnerability module,the loss of lightning disaster and the number of casualties,are selected as indexes for risk assessment of regional lightning disaster and comprehensive evaluation of the vulnerability of each city and county in Zhejiang province.Finally,the vulnerability zoning map is made in Zhejiang by means of GIS,which provides scientific basis and valuable reference for the reasonable planning of lightning disaster prevention and reduction in Zhejiang province.

    • Distribution characteristics and assessment of wind energy resources over Shandong coastal areas

      Abstract:Based on observational data at 70 m height from 19 wind towers from Jun 1,2009 to May 31,2010 in Shandong coastal areas,the reserves and distribution characteristics of wind speed and wind energy at 70 m height were analyzed using statistical methods.The results show that the distribution characteristics of the average wind speed are accordant with effective wind power density in Shandong coastal areas.The average wind speed and effective wind power density are up to 6.7 m/s and 463.5 W/m2,respectively in Yantai coastal area.The wind energy resources are much richer in the north area than in other areas,with the poorest being in Rizhao area.Due to the influence of sea breeze,the wind energy resources are richest in spring,followed by winter,and poorest in summer,and the maximum of the daily wind speed appears in period of 14:00-16:00.Results also show that the mean annual effective hours of wind and its percentage are 7 440 h and 85%,respectively.The distribution of wind energy density is larger in the northerly or southerly azimuth.The distribution characteristics of wind speed and wind energy are generally consistent with the results of long time evaluation and numerical simulation.

    • Difference of indirect aerosol effect on cloud in spring and summer over China offshore region based on MODIS

      Abstract:Based on analysis of linear relationship between aerosol parameters and cloud parameters in MODIS data,indirect aerosol effect was discussed over the China offshore region.The result showed that indirect aerosol effect indeed exists over the China offshore region.Meanwhile,indirect aerosol effect varies with time,which is a result of the changing of aerosol variety and water vapor content during different seasons.During the summer(e.g.August) time,anthropogenic aerosol is the most important component of aerosol in cloud,which is an effective cloud condensation nuclei.The dominance of anthropogenic aerosol,coupled with sufficient water vapor,contributes to the remarkable indirect aerosol effect in summer.The analysis results show that strong positive correlation exists between aerosol optical thickness(AOT) at 550nm and number of cloud condensation nuclei (CCN),negative correlation exists between AOT and cloud effective radius (CER),and positive correlation exists between AOT and cloud optical thickness(COT).While during the spring(e.g.April) time,dust is the dominant component of aerosol,which is a bad cloud condensation nuclei,and the water vapor content decreases.As a result,both the positive correlation between AOT and CCN,and the negative correlation between AOT and COT,turn to be weak.While the correlation between AOT and CER changes from negative in summer to weakly positive in spring.The indirect aerosol effect is not pronounced in spring over china offshore region.

    • Climatic change characteristics of Xinjiang during recent 50 years

      Abstract:Based on the data obtained from 23 meteorological stations in Xinjiang during 1960-2009,the climatic change characteristics during recent 50 years in Xinjiang are analyzed by using the method of linear trend estimate.The research shows that,in recent 50 years,the maximum,minimum and average temperatures in Xinjiang are increasing,but the sunshine hours and the mean annual range of temperature are decreasing,while the change tendency of the cloud cover is non-significant.As the main air dynamic factor,wind speed decreased significantly.The three humidity factors were in different increasing trend,or specifically speaking,the relative humidity and the precipitation increased slightly,while the vapor pressure increased obviously.As a result,Xinjiang area is getting wetter in the past 50 years,and the climate is in a warm-wet trend.

      Abstract:In order to expand the application scope of fly ash,reduce its pollution to the environment,and seek the formulation and preparation of a new water treatment filter,the unburned fly ash filter material was prepared after milling,molding,and self-cooling in laboratory,with fly ash and clay as main ingredient,lime,gypsum and cement as activating agent,H2O2 and NaHCO3 as vesicant.The result shows that the optimal mass ratio of raw material for unburned fly ash filter material,with porosity as performance evaluation index,is 46.30% of fly ash,13.89% of clay,18.52% of lime,13.89% of cement,1.85% of gypsum,and 5.55% of pure H2O2.The porosity under this optimal mass ratio is 72.24%.

    • Prediction of abroad Chinese students and its impact on household consumption

      Abstract:This article uses the data of Chinese students studying abroad during period of 1985 to 2012,and time series analysis method,to construct the model of ARIMA(2,2,2) to describe the change of abroad Chinese student number.The prediction results are in good agreement with the actual annual numbers of Chinese students studying abroad.Meanwhile,the relationship between abroad Chinese students and annual per capita consumption expenditure in China's urban area is studied,and a regression model is established hence.The co-integration relationship is analyzed and Granger causality test is done.The results show that the logarithmic value of annual per capita consumption expenditure will increase nearly 0.06% due to the increase of logarithmic value of abroad Chinese students by 1%.

    • Research of industrial energy conservation and emission reduction in Jiangsu province based on grey fixed weight cluster

      Abstract:Recently,the contradiction between energy,environment and economic development has become more and more prominent,hence the research on energy conservation and emission reduction is becoming more and more significant. By employing the analysis method of grey fixed weight cluster,this paper carries on the performance assessment of industrial energy conservation and emission reduction in Jiangsu province in recent years. The result shows that notable achievements have been made in year 2000,2009,2010 and 2011,while a fairly good job has been done in the years of 2002-2008,and at the bottom of the list is the performance in year 2001. In addition,with the combination of each indicator,this paper analyzes the causes of the result,and puts forward some relevant measures for the improvement of Jiangsu provincial energy conservation and emission reduction work.
