Abstract:The auxiliary model identification idea,the multi-innovation identification theory and the coupling identification concept are the new ideas and principles for studying identification problems of complex systems.Combining them,this paper studies the identification methods of multivariable output-error-like systems and presents multivariate auxiliary model identification methods,multivariate auxiliary model based multi-innovation identification methods,interval-varying multivariate auxiliary model based multi-innovation identification methods.In order to reduce the computational complexity of the algorithms,we decompose the system into several sub-identification models and derive the partially coupled auxiliary model based identification methods and the partially coupled auxiliary model based multi-innovation identification methods,using the auxiliary model identification idea,the multi-innovation identification theory and the coupling identification concept.Finally,the computational efficiency,the computational steps and the flowcharts of some typical identification algorithms are discussed.

Abstract:The force telepresence telerobot system is a typical human-robot-environment-interaction system,and the telepresence is the core of teleoperation system.How to evaluate the operating performance or telepresence degree of a force telepresence teleoperation system is a basic problem.At present,the evaluation of the operating performance mainly uses the human's subjective evaluation based on the ergonomics theory.In this paper,a two-port network model of the force telepresence teleoperation system is established,and the perception and control behavior of human operator in the telerobot system is analyzed.Then we give a definition of virtual impedance as a basis for quantitatively evaluating the operational performance of the telerobot systems,which is called impedance comparative method.At last,the operating performances of existing four types of telerobot systems based on different control structures are analyzed and evaluated by using the impedance comparative method.

Abstract:Power system stabilizer(PSS) is one of the most effective methods to restrain low frequency oscillation in power system.The paper studies into the synchronous generator excitation control with the power system stabilizer as the auxiliary control unit on the base of the analysis of existing synchronous generator excitation control system models.Thereafter a simulation model of an improved excitation control system including PSS is established based on Matlab.A test is carried out on the single machine infinite system for the cases of faults of three phase short circuit or disconnection,and the result show that the performance of the excitation control with PSS is superior to that of the excitation control without PSS.This design provides reference for the improvement of excitation system.

Abstract:As a modulation with relatively strong anti-interference capacity,quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK) has been extensively used in wireless satellite communication.This paper describes the Matlab simulation of QPSK demodulation,and designs an all-digital QPSK demodulation with FPGA.The core of demodulation is synchronization,which includes carrier synchronization and signal synchronization.The carrier synchronization is completed through numerical Costas loop,while signal synchronization through modulus square spectrum analysis,and the results are simulated on Matlab.The communication functions are implemented by upgradable or substitutable softwares as many as possible,based on the idea of software radio communication.The parameter values through Matlab simulation,combined with appropriate hardware system,technically realize the design of the proposed all-digital meteorological satellite demodulator based on FPGA.

Abstract:An automatic solar tracking control system is designed to improve the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of solar panel.The device will detect the sunlight direction through light tracking circuit,and send the deviation signal to single chip microcomputer (SCM) through A/D conversion circuit,then the SCM will produce a corresponding adjustment signal to drive the machine to follow the track of the sun.Being simple in structure,cheap in cost and reliable in tracking precision,this control system can be applied to solar power system to increase solar energy utilization efficiency.

Abstract:Based on analysis of traditional estimation methods for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the estimation of inventory system based on ERP.A mathematical model integrated of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established for inventory system.An estimation example is carried out,and the result verifies the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method.

Abstract:Effect of sowing date on rice growth and yield components were studied by sowing and transplanting on different dates in this study.The research were carried out in three rice types,named Liangyoupeijiu,6 Liangyou 9386 and Ⅱyou 084.Rice growth and yield component indexes,such as chlorophyll,soluble sugar and nitrogen content,were measured during heading stage and maturity stage.Results show that date of May 25 is the most suitable sowing time for Liangyoupeijiu and 6 Liangyou 9386,while the date of June 12 is the most suitable sowing time for Ⅱyou 084.The sowing date has influence on panicles per plant,grains per panicle,seed setting rate,grain weight.The effect is significant on seed setting rate of Liangyoupeijiu,and grains per panicle of 6 Liangyou 9386.This research will provide theoretical basis and technical reference for climate resource utilization,reasonable arrangements of seeding time and even rice yield improvement.

Abstract:The influence of enhanced surface ultraviolet-B(UV-B) radiation on yield and quality of peanuts(Kainong 49) were simulated under cropland conditions.Three UV-B radiation treatments,namely control group,enhanced by 20% and enhanced by 40%,were set up based on UV-B level in sunlight.The result showed that UV-B radiation enhancement can reduce the peanut yield significantly,which was due to the reduction of pod number as well as hundred-grain weight.The influence of UV-B radiation enhancement on peanut quality was not significant in this study.When UV-B radiation was enhanced by 20%,fat content and protein content of the peanut were 51.02%,22.34%,respectively,and ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid was 1.19,which was improved by 0.02 compared with the control group.When UV-B radiation was enhanced by 40%,fat content was 51.82%,protein content was 22.56%,and ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid was 1.28,which was improved by 0.11 compared with the control group.The research result suggested that the enhanced UV-B radiation was not enough to have obvious impact on the peanut quality,which might be related to the UV-B radiation level,experiment design or peanut variety.

Abstract:In this paper,based on the theory of electromagnetic scattering,the expressions for scattering features of a small spheroidal particle incident by polarized waves from a bistatic polarization radar system have been established and the physical concept and distribution patterns at different incident angles have been discussed.The results provide a theoretical basis for inference of spheroidal raindrop-based bistatic polarization radar detecting equations,as well as the study on the impact of spheroidal raindrop on the detection capability of bistatic polarization radar,and even the data processing and analysis of bistatic polarization radar detecting system.

Abstract:The correlation between thunderstorm and lightning disaster is analyzed,based on thunderstorm data in past 60 years,lightning data in recent 5 years and lightning disasters in past 10 years of Changzhou.Results show that the occurrence of lightning disaster can not be solely attributed to natural factors like thunderstorm,flash;anthropogenic factors like economic development,population density,and lightning protection level may also influence the occurrence and level of lightning disaster.In the loss caused by lightning,failure of electrical and electronic system accounts for the largest proportion.And the local residents are the most vulnerable to lightning disasters in all industries,which is associated with people's indifference to lightning protection and short of lightning protection device for residential buildings.Combined with actual situation,7 indexes are put forward to evaluate the lightning disaster vulnerability of Changzhou,including thunderstorm days,lightning density,lightning disaster frequency,economic development,population density,vulnerability of economy and population.Based on data about the population,area and economy in all districts of Changzhou from the statistical yearbook of Jiangsu,lightning disaster vulnerability risk of each district is calculated by analytic hierarchy method,and the risk zoning is classified as high risk area(Wujin district),relatively high risk area(Tianning district and Jintan city),middle risk area(Zhonglou district,Qishuyan district and Liyang city) and low risk area(Xinbei district).

Abstract:The Jiangsu-South Yellow Sea region is one of the key seismic monitoring & defence areas in the eastern part of China.Since 1846,M≥6 strong earthquakes have showed an obvious commensurability and orderliness in this region.The main orderly values are 74-75 a,57-58 a,11-12 a and 5-6 a,wherein 74-75 a and 57-58 a carries an outstanding predictive role.According to the information prediction theory of Weng Wenbo,we conceived the 2D-and 3D-ordered network structure of M≥6 strong earthquakes in the South Yellow Sea and the whole research region.Based on this,we analyzed and discussed the variation of seismicity in detail and also made trend prediction of M≥6 strong earthquakes in the future.The results showed that since 1998 it has entered into a new quiet episode which may continue until about year 2042;and the first M≥6 strong earthquake in the next active episode will probably occur around year 2053,with the likely location in the area of the South Yellow Sea;furthermore,the second and the third ones or strong earthquake swarm in the future will probably occur around year 2058 and 2070.

Abstract:The initiation risk and performance assessment of meteorological research projects are studied in this paper,with 51 meteorological projects supported by the special scientific research fund of public welfare profession,initiated by the ministry of science and technology,as assessment objects.The risk evaluation index system is built through comprehensive analysis and judgment from aspects of applicant background,technological difficulty,expected achievement and management control.A risk evaluation model is proposed based on fuzzy theory,to assess the initiation risk of the meteorological projects,and 51 projects are therefore evaluated to provide references for decision making.The performance and promotion value appraisal method is put forward based on AHP,and the promotion values of the 51 meteorological projects are assessed using this multi-index evaluation method.

Abstract:The fuzzy theory is applied to evaluate the input/output decision in university science and technology (S&T) research.A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is established based on data of China statistics yearbook on science and technology,and the scientific input/output data of universities in China's 31 provinces of 2010 are used for model verification analysis.The scientific output in university S&T research is used as an indicator for decision making of scientific input,and the membership grade is then calculated and sorted.The results show that the membership grade is high in regions with high scientific input of R&D fund and talent,where the decision making of scientific input is relatively optimal.In regions with low membership grade,the low scientific input of R&D fund is the main reason of its low level in scientific development.
