Abstract:For multivariate linear regression systems,using the coupling identification concept and the multi-innovation identification theory,this paper discusses a multivariate stochastic gradient algorithm,a multivariate multi-innovation stochastic gradient algorithm,and an interval-varying multivariate multi-innovation gradient algorithm,decomposes a multivariate system into several subsystems,and presents a coupled subsystem stochastic gradient algorithm,a coupled stochastic gradient algorithm,a coupled subsystems multi-innovation stochastic gradient algorithm and a coupled multi-innovation stochastic gradient algorithm.These methods are extended to multivariate pseudo-linear moving average systems and multivariate pseudo-linear autoregressive moving average systems.Finally,this paper gives the steps and diagrams for computing the parameter estimates using several typical coupled stochastic gradient algorithms and coupled multi-innovation stochastic gradient algorithms.

Abstract:The paper constructs two different partner selection process models on the base of social capital and knowledge complementarities respectively.Then we build a simple simulation model of innovation networks,and focus on the relationship between the pattern of partner selection and performance of innovation networks.The results show that when innovation is incremental,the dominant source of movement in knowledge space is learning,and the innovation networks based on social capital consideration have more performances than that of the innovation networks on the basis of knowledge complementarities.Whereas in a more disruptive innovation regime,it is innovation that dominates firms' movements in knowledge space,and the innovation networks on the basis of knowledge complementarities perform better.

Abstract:By selecting data from Jiangsu statistical yearbook 2002—2011,we establish the evaluation index system consists of 5 indexes in bank one and 18 indexes in bank two,and try to use the method of scatter degree to analyze the economy development of 13 cities in Jiangsu province during the tenth five-year plan and the eleventh five-year plan.The results show that the economy runs steadily and quickly,and Jiangsu economy is full of energy.The twelfth five-year plan is expected to be realized smoothly.The evaluation results agree with the fact,and the model is credible.

Abstract:In order to reduce the complexity of the access to heterogeneous sensor network data.This paper presents the design of a wireless sensor network middleware by studying a heterogeneous network of wireless sensor network access technology.The program is based S3C6410-based embedded processor development board as hardware development platform.WSN gateway and the Adhoc gateway formed the Adhoc type of network by AODV routing protocol.Thus solve the problem of wireless sensor networks with the outside public network connection.The program achieves wireless sensor network data upload to a remote server.While providing a reliable solution for a number of sensor networks at the same time access the external network.

Abstract:To solve the singleness of audio broadcasting of the early warning information,a pre-processing system of DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) early warning information based on rate control was designed according to the study of DMB standards.The audio and video of the warning information were encoded by the algorithm of MPEG-4 HE AAC and H.264/AVC and synthesized into transport streams in this system firstly.Then in order to improve communication reliability,the transport streams were error corrected by Reed Solomon encoding and convolutional interleaving.Meanwhile,to solve the problem of the transmission instability rate and ensure the value of the rate to be constant,a transportation control method of audio and video matching control based on rate control is proposed.Through this method,the intelligent controlling of the output rate is realized by adopting inserting null packages.The whole system is validated by experiments and outperforms former DMB preprocessing system in both reliability and stability.

Abstract:According to IEC61643.1,the thermal stability experiment based on stepping current should be carried out to test the thermal stability characteristics of Surge Protective Devices (SPD).However,we found some deficiencies in the thermal stability experiment based on stepping current through practical tests.Firstly,the actual degradation of Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) cannot be exactly simulated in laboratory environment,therefore the simulated thermal stability environment is not sufficient for actual thermal conditions.Secondly,the MOV sensitivity to voltage varied under different voltages.When voltage increased from 640 V to 680 V,the breakdown time changed by 68.3%,while the current changed by 289.3%.Thirdly,the experiment is required to be carried out under a constant current within only ±10% fluctuation,which is unavailable due to the limited sensitivity of test instruments.The above deficiencies,found in thermal stability experiment based on stepping current,are believed to be of engineering values for improvement in thermal stability measuring technology for SPD.

Abstract:For the sake of providing better public transport service for travelers,this paper designs an electronic bus stop monitoring system in each stop which can display dynamically the location information of all concerned public transport vehicles based on GPS technology,and provide network inquiry service for bus location information at the same time.The travelers can conveniently acquire the real-time operational information of public transport vehicles,and supervise public transport service as well.The system employs Labview as a software development platform to analyze and process data,uses ASP.NET to develop webpages and communicate with the database,thus to achieve function of intelligent bus operations and services.Actual test and survey show that the system is feasible and practical.

Abstract:Aspects such as multiple influencing factors,complicated hierarchical structure,and relation between indicators perplexed the vulnerability evaluation target system for wireless network.This paper proposes a method to construct target system of vulnerability evaluation based on knowledge reduction.Firstly,a primary target system of vulnerability evaluation for wireless network is established,hence the decision table of vulnerability evaluation is constructed.Secondly,the knowledge reduction is employed to simplify the decision table,and arithmetic of character vector is used to sort the significance of non-core targets.Premised on high accuracy of evaluation result,this proposed method is more objective than AHP weight judgment method.Finally,this knowledge reduction based method is comparatively analyzed with AHP weight judgment method to validate its feasibility.

Abstract:The 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium glycine acid salt([bmim]Gly) was prepared by two steps.The first step,the intermediary,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide ([bmim]OH) was prepared by 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium bromide ([bmim]Br) through a static anion ion exchange.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by single factor experiments.The second step,the [bmim]OH and glycine were mixed and reacted,then were dried under vacuum and washed with methanol,to form high purity product.The structure of product was confirmed and characterized by 1H NMR and IR.Compared with dynamic preparation method,the proposed static method is simple in operation and rapid in production rate,and consumes less leaching water and energy,so it promotes the preparation of the amino acid ionic liquid in a more green and industrialized direction.

Abstract:Aluminum nitride (AlN) powder was heated at 500~700 ℃ in protective gas mixed with high nitrogen and low oxygen,in order to investigate the effect of heat treatment on AlN powder's surface properties and hydration resistance.The results show that the surface of AlN powder was coated by a structure of oxidation product,which is favor to form a diffusion barrier between water and AlN surface,thus restrain hydrolysis reaction and increases the water-resistance of AlN powder in wet environment.After heat treatment,the AlN powder kept high stability of hydration resistance in aqueous ball milling at a high cutting stress.

Abstract:Fog is the main cause of low visibility.Therefore,improving the accuracy of fog prediction is an important measure to increase transportation security.The main progress in fog prediction in recent decades is reviewed from statistical model and numerical simulation,and the advantages and disadvantages for each method are summarized.Under some conditions,the application of new statistical methods could improve the accuracy of fog forecasting.However,the statistical methods could not get rid of the inherent deficiencies of statistics.Comparatively,numerical modeling shows more extensive applications and more potential in fog prediction.Under the current computer condition,coupling of high-resolution one-dimensional fog model with three-dimensional mesoscale weather forecasting model shows better forecasting capacity,compared with the mesoscale model alone.The coupled method is much feasible for fog prediction in airport and along expressway,which are prone to heavy fog and the observations are already available.With the ever-increasing computing power,the high-resolution three dimensional models covering wide aspect of fog processes,as well as multi-model ensemble prediction system will be the future direction in accurate fog prediction.

Abstract:Using daily minimum temperature of land surface and precipitation data in winter of Guizhou province during the period of 1961—2010,the characteristics of spatial and temporal variations on the persistent land surface freezing are investigated.Results show that persistent freezing occurred in high frequency in the west part of 26.5-27.5°N regions of Guizhou,including 6-9 slight freezings(lasting for 1-3 days),3-6 moderate freezings(4-6 days),2-4 heavy freezings(7-11days) and 1-2 torrential freezings(over 12 days) annually.Overall,there are downward trends in the freezing frequency at different levels in most parts of Guizhou.The extreme events of persistent land surface freezing always occurred in January or the first half of February,with the thresholds as exceeding 10 days in the central,west and northwest of Guizhou accompanied by serious hazards.

Abstract:The Runge-Kutta Discontinuous Galerkin(RKDG) method with TVB limiter is a high-order accurate and highly parallelizable method for solving the Euler equations.Simultaneously,the immersed boundary method is a novel and general technique for handling a flow with complex geometry without any special needs of the computational mesh.We try to use the two methods for simulating the Euler equations with the above-mentioned problems on Cartesian mesh.Finally,the results of some classical test cases are provided to verify the efficiency of such methods.
