Abstract:Recently,coordinated control of multi-agent systems has been a hot topic in the control field,due to its wide application in cooperative control of multiple autonomous vehicles,traffic control of vehicles,formation control of unmanned aircrafts,resource allocation in networks and so on.Firstly,the introduction of background about multi-agent systems,the concepts of agents and the knowledge of the graph theory has been given.And then research status of swarming/flocking problems,formation control problems,consensus problems and network optimization are summarized and analyzed at home and abroad,including coordination control of multi-agent systems.Finally,some problems about multi-agent systems to be solved in future are proposed,in order to urge deep study on the theory and application in coordinated control of multi-agent systems.

Abstract:Based on the generalized Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov lemma,the positive realness and bound realness lemma for singularly perturbed system in a finite frequency band is studied.It is shown that the positive real property of the full-order system can be deduced from the positive real property of its slow and fast subsystems.The same has been shown for the bounded real property.As an application,a model reduction design scheme is given which is balanced at the low and fast frequency respectively.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the computer information leakage protection equipment at present,an information hiding and protection equipment was designed and implemented based on the whitening technology.The protection signal was used to whiten the leakage in order to hide and interfere with the leaked information.Frequency domain analysis and experimental results show that the device hides the leaked information effectively.Compared to the existing leakage protection equipment,the correlation of the leakage and the original information decreases significantly.This device provides a more practical way to protect the computer information.

Abstract:A multiple-user scheduling scheme is proposed based on the position between the mobile station (MS) and the base station (BS).Throughput,feedback load and computing complexity are all derived for the proposed scheduling method.Analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the feedback load and computational complexity are both cut down compared with the maximum SINR based scheduling method.
Abstract:With the continuous increase of road vehicles,occasional congestion caused by traffic accidents seriously affect the commuting efficiency of traveler and the overall operation level of road network.Real-time and exact forecasting of short-term traffic flow volume is the key point to intelligent traffic system and precondition to solve the congestion situation by route guidance and clearing.According to the uncertain and non-linear features of traffic volume,a model integrated of the improved BP neural network and autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model is established to forecast the short-term traffic flow.The case application result shows that the combined model has an advantage over the single models in forecasting performance and forecasting accuracy.
Abstract:Avantes Company does not open the serial port of its spectrometer,so it's not suitable for long-distance communication between the spectrometer and PC in industrial applications.This paper raised a program for serial communication between PC and Avantes spectrometer.The hardware structure for communication was given,and communication protocol was formulated,thus the serial communication program was realized by VC++6.0 in Windows environment.Meanwhile,this paper developed a system for real-time waveform display and spectrometer data collection,and it was proved by practice that the system embodies stable operation and strong real time capacity.Furthermore,this system has very strong practicability with its simple programming method as well as its high versatility.

Abstract:Pulse compression is employed in phased-array Doppler weather radar to increase the detection range and improve the range resolution under the condition of low transmission power.Three aspects,including the composition of low power Doppler weather radar with planar array and pulse compression,and range and Doppler measurements coupled with linear frequency modulated waveforms,and target range measurements,are discussed in this paper.Due to the nature of the conical beams scanning,the main beam broadens as it is scanned from broadside,and the power decreases within the main beam.For accurate and efficient computation of a reflectivity estimated from the weather signal data samples,the scan angle error correction for the two dimensional arrays weather radar equation is necessary.This paper presents the derivation of a correction to the weather radar equation for use with planar phased array and pulse compression radars.It is shown that the equation is also suitable for linear array pulse compression radars.

Abstract:Soil resistivity of Nanjing and its surrounding 15 cities/counties in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River is estimated,using an integrated method of field survey,laboratory chemical analysis and remote sensing retrieval.Four main influencing factors of soil resistivity,including soil moisture,soil temperature,soil soluble salt content and cation exchange capacity (CEC),were chosen to be the main factors of the estimation model.Spatial distribution of soil moisture and soil temperature were retrieved from MODIS data.A partial least squares quadratic model (PLSQM) is established to estimate soil resistivity under different land cover types.The correlation coefficient between estimated and observed soil resistivity values is 0.85,with mean relative error (MRE) being 19.02% and root mean square error (RMSE) being 7.79.Soil resistivity,estimated by PLSQM method,differs obviously under land cover of grass,crop,or forest.The proposed PLSQM method can estimate soil resistivity with high accuracy,thus has a good application potential.
Abstract:Both GIS-based areal precipitation estimation and gridded precipitation data from GCM outputs have the problem of poor resolution,and to some extent neglect the influence of small or medium landform on precipitation distribution.A variety of statistical downscaling methods are briefly reviewed in this paper.Taking into account of the dynamic effect of geographic factors,a new downscaling scheme for areal precipitation estimation is proposed using 6 hour temporal resolution re-analysis data of NCEP/NCAR from April to September of 2010,and observational precipitation data from more than 20 weather stations in Jiangsu.The scheme chooses and constructs appropriate large-scale predictor,and retrieves the small-scale geographic factors from high resolution DEM,parameterizes the dynamic effect of geographic factors,and integrates the regression analysis,Partial Least Squares (PLS) and spatial interpolation.The actual precipitation series in the researched weather stations are successfully retrieved by the proposed scheme and the high-resolution spatial distribution of areal precipitation are drawn.

Abstract:As the only solar radiation observation station in Qinghai province,the Golmud station is located in Qaidam Basin with strong total solar radiation(SD) and surface reflected radiation(SRD).The temporal variation characteristics of solar radiation in Golmud region are analyzed using observation data during 1993—2011.The results show that the hourly total SRD and SD changes in the similar pattern,though the SRD is small in value compared with SD,with instantaneous maximum SRD being 383 W/m2 while instantaneous maximum SD being 1 596 W/m2.The annual dynamics of daily total SD and SRD followed the same trend,which is an irregular sine wave curve.The annual and inter-annual variation of daily total SD and SRD showed the same pattern with that of sunshine duration,indicating that the sunshine duration is a significant influencing factor of SD and SRD.The seasonal variation of daily total SD and SRD showed the same trend,which are most in summer,followed by in fall,then in spring,and least in winter.While the SRD ratio is most in winter,followed by in spring,then in fall,and least in summer.The distribution of RSD ratio is related with changing of the solar altitude angle.The RSD ratio is mostly dependent on the surface properties,when the ground is covered with snow in winter,both the hourly and daily RSD ratio are apparently greater than that in sunny days or periods with moist soil.

Abstract:Based on meteorological data of recent 50 years at meteorological stations in Tianjin region,and employing methods of regression analysis,moving average,the Morlet wavelet transform and the Mann-Kendall test,this paper studied into annual changes of climate elements in Tianjin.The indicators for urban development,including GDP,the percentage of urban population,the income differences between urban and rural residents,and total fixed assets investment,were also considered for trend fitting and correlation analysis to the relation for nearly 30 years of each climate element.The results show that Tianjin has an average annual temperature increase of 0.35℃/(10 a) in past 50 years with a significant upward trend,while the decreasing trend for annual precipitation is not obvious,yet the time series cycle vibration is evident.Sunshine hours showed a very significant downward trend.1980s to early 1990s is the jumping point of air temperature,sunshine hours,temperature and sunshine hours differences between urban and suburban area for Tianjin region.There is a significant correlation between all the indicators for urban development and the temperature and sunshine hours,which means that all the indicators are closely related to the development of heat island and dark island effect in Tianjin.

Abstract:Chemical dephosphorizations by four kinds of agents for secondary biochemical effluent were carried out and dosing experience coefficient was investigated.The results showed that when pH=7.5,FeCl3 dosage is 6.5 mg/L,and pH=7.5,Al2(SO4)3 dosage is 3.75 mg/L,the effluent TP is less than 0.5 mg/L.These two flocculants possessed the advantages of good effect,low cost and easy operation.In addition,FeCl3 was able to reduce COD effectively with TP removal simultaneously.Therefore,FeCl3 can be used to treat the secondary biochemical effluent which TP and COD level are impermissibly high.The method of dosing experience coefficient can calculate the quantity of reagent added by the phosphorus concentration of inflow and effluent.It is very useful for phosphorus removing projects.
Abstract:This paper studies the hypothesis problem of partially linear single index model with responses missing at random.The nonlinear relationship between the predictors and response variable is tested.To test the nonparametric part of this model,the missing responses are imputed based on the imputation estimators of the parameters and nonparametric function.The generalized likelihood ratio statistic is constructed based on the imputation estimators,and the asymptotic property of the statistic is also proved.
Abstract:In this paper,we discuss the nonlinear operators in Menger probability metric spaces.We prove the existence and uniqueness of the fixed point for nonlinear contraction and expansion.Furthermore,we extend the result for single operator to common fixed point for a family of exchangeable operators.By weakening conditions,we establish a new fixed degree theorem for fuzzy mapping.
Abstract:In this paper,based on some eigenvalue majorization inequalities of semi-definite matrices,we get some singular majorization inequalities of normal matrices by using the characteristics of the normal matrix and the relationship between eigenvalue and singular value.The note extends related results in previous literatures.
