Abstract:Recursive identification and iterative identification are two important parameter estimation methods.The recursive index in the recursive identification is a time variable and the recursive identification can be used for online estimating system parameters;the iterative index in the iterative identification is a natural number and independent of time and the iterative identification is generally used for off-line estimating system parameters.The auxiliary model identification idea,multi-innovation identification theory,hierarchical identification principle and coupling identification concept based methods can be realized through recursive algorithms and iterative algorithms.Iterative methods can be traced to hundreds of years ago Jacobi iteration and Guass-Seidel iteration for solving the matrix equations Ax=b.Iterative identification methods are based on the gradient search,least-squares search and Newton search principle.This paper studies the least squares based and gradient based iterative identification methods for CARMA systems and Box-Jenkins systems.The propsed methods can also be extended to other equation error type systems,output error type systems and nonlinear systems.Iterative methods usually apply system identification with finite data and their convergence analysis is very difficult and is a challenging research topic.

Abstract:Reasonable planning and optimization of meteorological station networks could improve the representativeness,accuracy and comparability of observation data.This paper summarizes research progress in methods for the planning and optimization of meteorological station networks at home and abroad.It points out the key technology and existing problems in planning and optimization of meteorological station networks.It mainly introduces and analyses linear interpolation method,optimum interpolation method,information theory method,factor analysis method and empirical mode method to plan and optimize the meteorological station networks.This paper also summarizes the feasibility of these methods.According to requirement changes of meteorological service,this paper put forward the suggestions for methods of planning and optimization of meteorological station networks.

Abstract:The Meiyu front rainstorm occurred from July 4 to July 5,2003 in the Yangtze-Huaihe River basin was simulated and diagnosed by WRF.The analysis results suggested that the torrential rain region was in an environment of high temperature and high humidity.The rainstorm process was promoted by the coupling of upper and lower tropospheric jet stream,and the combination of convergence in lower troposphere and divergence in upper troposphere.The moist potential vorticity was computed to reveal the physical mechanisms of this rainstorm.The overlapping of the positive and negative ζMPV1 in upper and lower level,and the evolution of ζMPV1<0 and ζMPV2>0 showed that unstable convective energy as well as slantwise vorticity developed in this rainstorm process.ζMPV1 and ζMPV2 totally suggest the intensification of convective instability and baroclinic instability in the storm area.

Abstract:Beginning with a detailed introduction of CS-ACELP algorithm based on G.729 protocol,this paper does analysis of the algorithm's computational complexity of each functional modules,which shows high complexity and high demanding for the hardware system.Thus some improvements are made by reducing the impulse locations and adding general search in the low correlation impulse locations,which can accelerate the fixed codebook search and reduce the computational complexity.Experiment simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved algorithm.

Abstract:Lightning over-voltages are the important reasons for losses in communication port,which make it necessary and urgent to study into the lightning protection of communication port.According to the protection characteristics of gas discharge tube and transient voltage suppressor,the decoupling components are selected carefully to achieve the rational energy correspondence between multi-level SPD.Besides that,optical design is also considered to design protective circuit of RS-232 port.Finally,in order to verify the design scheme,the lightning impact platform called LST-6 kV/3 kA and ICGS and function generator called DF1641C are employed for the experiments.The experiments show that bearing capacity of lightning over-voltage of communication port RS-232 has been greatly improved and will not produce insertion loss to original circuit by adding the protection circuit.

Abstract:The effects of land development in Karamay artificial forest of carbon dioxide capture were analyzed based on the analytical results of soil and groundwater samples,coupling the theory of ecosystem services value.The results show that certain positive effects have been obtained through the land development.The mass fractions of organic matter,available nitrogen and fast-acting potassium in soil are all higher in the developed land than in the undeveloped.The condition of soil nutrient in the forest has been improved obviously.The mass fraction of total salt in soil is reduced by 67.5% in the developed land.The phenomenon of soil salinization has been controlled well.The forest ecosystem services value is 1.5417×109 RMB¥·a-1.However,there are also some negative effects along with the positive ones.The condition of salt in groundwater has deteriorated.The value of pH,conductivity,salinity and total salt are all higher in the developed land than in the undeveloped land,thus the chemical features of ground water is not sustainable for the CO2 capture effects of the forest.The available phosphorus is becoming lower in mass fraction,which can not satisfy the development of forest plantations.

Abstract:With the changing of the road of development,the quality and efficiency of economic growth have become a hot issue.Based on the connotation of economic growth quality and efficiency,combined with the economic condition of Jiangsu province,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system formed by seven secondary indices and sixteen three-level indicators.The principal component-cluster analysis and the improved grey relational analysis method are employed to analyze empirically the quality of economic development in Jiangsu province.The results show that the quality and effectiveness of the annual economic growth in Jiangsu province was getting better year by year during 2004-2009.Yet,the relatively low effectiveness existed in economic development poses great challenge for Jiangsu province,which must be addressed properly to ensure a sustainable and steady economy.

Abstract:This paper focuses on robust adaptive sliding mode control for a kind of discrete-time state-delay systems with uncertainties and external disturbances.The uncertainties and disturbances are assumed to be norm-bounded but the bound of disturbances and uncertainties of state variables is not necessarily known.Especially,the uncertainties of state variables are mismatched.In this paper,a corresponding adaptive controller is designed by estimating the unknown upper bound of the disturbances and uncertainties of state variables.And it is designed to guarantee that the trajectory of the system can be driven on to the sliding surface in finite time and finally converges into a residual set of the origin.Also,simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the control strategy.
