Abstract:Control is the core of all scientific issues.Mathematical models are the basis of all control problems.The movement law of things described by equations is the mathematical model.The development of different disciplines is to establish the process of their mathematical models.This paper divides the mathematical models of the linear dynamic systems into three categories:the timeseries models,the equation error type models and the output error type models,and introduces basic mathematical models of linear systems in detail,including the discretization of continuoustime system models and model equivalence transform,singleinput singleoutput stochastic system,multivariable systems,multivariablelike systems,multipleinput and multipleoutput systems such as the main model,submodel and subsubmodel of the transfer function matrix,multipleinput singleoutput systems,and singleinput multipleoutput systems.

Abstract:The difference of the model predictability between front rainstorm in the YangtzeHuaihe River Basin and warmarea rainstorm in South China is investigated through numerical model sensitivity experiments.The control experiments indicate that the rainstorms in the YangtzeHuaihe River Basin and South China can be reproduced by WRF model.The experiments were designed in which perturbations consist of random errors with Gaussian noise were added to the initial conditions,including temperature and wind fields.The result shows that small errors in initial conditions make the simulation results change a lot after 24 h both for front rainstorm in the YangtzeHuaihe River Basin and warmarea rainstorm in South China,but the forecasting error grows faster in south china than in the YangtzeHuaihe River Basin,which lead to the bigger change in simulation results.Furthermore,we found that the dispersion grows with time,and the magnitude of dispersion in south China grows faster than that in the YangtzeHuaihe River Basin.In addition,the model predictability of warmarea rainstorm in South China is less than that in the front rainstorm in the YangtzeHuaihe River Basin.

Abstract:Observation of concentration of pollutants in atmosphere by OPSIS AB DOAS system and Thermo SCIENTIFIC EMS system was performed in rural areas of Nanjing during the winter of 2009 and the spring of 2010.Based on technical characteristics of the two systems,quality control of the observation data and comparison of the two systems were carried.The characteristics of seasonal variations of mass concentration of NO2,O3 and SO2 were analyzed.The comparison of pollution characteristics between urban and rural areas measured by the two different systems during the autumn of 2009 was also carried.Quite good correlation can be established between the observation data of the two systems.The observation data of DOAS system are influenced by water vapor and aerosols in atmosphere,so they are generally higher than that of EMS system,with a rate from 14% to 25%.The concentration of SO2 and NO2 are higher in winter,while that of O3 is lower,however,quite the reverse is true in spring.There is negative correlation between the curve of NO2 and O3.The concentration of NO2 in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas,and the diurnal variation shows two peaks,while that shows one peak in rural areas.The diurnal variation of O3 shows one peak in both urban and rural areas,but the former has a bigger variation range.The diurnal variation of SO2 shows one peak in urban areas and two peaks in rural areas.

Abstract:As a commonly used method by meteorologists,contour can display the distribution of meteorological elements vividly.A simple but effective automatic drawing method of objective contour for groundbased microwave radiometer data is described in this paper,which is based on the traditional tectangular grid method.This algorithm completes the contour searching from only one side and avoids smoothing,then mark the contour by a convenient method to simplify the drawing process.This automatic drawing and connection of contour is implemented in Delphi70,and two examples are given to verify this algorithm.

Abstract:Many studies indicated that biomass burning exerts important influence on the air quality and human health.This paper reviewed the recent resarch progress of source apportionment of biomass burning and other urban air pollution sources,which is based on the study of organic compounds and organic tracers emitted from biomass burning.Scholars from various countries have presented their research results and progress.Meanwhile,we also summarized several methods to detect the organic matters in particulate samples during the experiment,which is proved to be possible and can be used effectively and simply It could provide useful information for future rearch.

Abstract:Differential optical absorption spectrometry(DOAS) has been widely used for various polluting gas concentration measurement,which influence the measurement precision of the main factor is gas absorption section measurement.This paper using LambertBeer absorption law and the design of my own measuring device measuring the Absorption Cross Section of NO,and used polynomial fitting method to remove the Rayleigh scattering,Mie scattering and molecular absorption,including broadband slowly varying spectrum in the Differential absorption spectrum of NO,improves the accuracy of measurement.Then using leastsquare method inversion gas concentrations.The author inverted gas chroma value of different concentrations NO according to the measured absorption section,and achieved good effect.But this method have not obtained very ideal effect in the low concentrations,therefore,the author next work is to improve the measuring precision of the absorption cross section and inversion precision of the gas absorption cross section.

Abstract:In the paper,the ground nephogram edge detection based on the fusion technique between wavelet package transform and mathematical morphological method was introduced.In the proposed method,the detailed steps of wavelet package transform was presented firstly,the edge should be extracted using the wavelet package transform,and then applied the mathematical morphological method to get the image edge.Finally,the best edge of the image can be achieved by the proposed fusion technique using the edges obtained by the package transform and morphological method respectively.In order to test the performance of the proposed method,the experiment was conducted,some examples were tested and compared simulated by Matlab,it can be seen that the proposed method can get better results than the traditional methods.
