    Abstract:

    In view of the multi-disciplinary integration characteristics of intelligent manufacturing engineering, the research and design of robot sorting experiment system based on 3D vision are carried out. Kinect camera, industrial robot, PC and end-effector are used to build the hardware experiment platform. A support vector machine (SVM) algorithm is designed to recognize target objects. Aiming at whether the objects to be recognized overlap and block each other, two strategies are designed to calculate the center position of the object based on Hough transform and pose estimation based on point cloud registration. A series of robot sorting experiments are completed under the guidance of the upper computer interactive interface. The experimental results show that the system can identify and sort the object of specific shape and color accurately and stably. The experiments involve the knowledge and technology of robot, machine learning, image processing, software and hardware design and many other courses. Because of its strong comprehensiveness and good openness,it provides a comprehensive and innovative practice platform for the construction of intelligent manufacturing engineering laboratory.
