    Abstract:

    The previous research results and related data were integrated to establish a surface and ground water resources management information system,in accordance with the irrigation and water-deficit conditions of coastal areas.This system runs with friendly interface,and integrates the GIS,database technique,water resource optimization management,simulation of groundwater and other techniques.The system is designed for surface and ground water resource management in coastal areas,and to provide accurate and timely water information for water management governments.With certain universality,the system will provide valuable reference for water management and scheduling in coastal areas.
