Based on the Banach contraction mapping principe,the existence and uniqueness of a class of gene regulatory network with SUM logic was discussed.Combined with the actual background of gene regulatory nelworks, the equilibrium point of the Lyapunoy stability was analyzed and several sufficient conditions were obtained.
