    摘要:

    针对传统模型预测电流控制(Model Predictive Current Control,MPCC)对精确数学模型和电机参数依赖性强难以应对模型失配与参数漂移的问题,提出一种基于自适应强跟踪扩展卡尔曼观测器(Adaptive Strong Tracking Extended Kalman Observer,ASTEKO)的永磁同步电机(Dual-Vector Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,DV-PMSM)双矢量无模型预测电流控制(Model Free Predictive Current Control,MFPCC)策略.首先,统一原始数学模型中参数相关部分和未知项,建立基于集总扰动的PMSM扩展超局部模型;其次,设计ASTEKO以估计扩展超局部模型中非线性部分,并引入滑动窗口动态调整残差阈值以提升对状态变化的敏感性;最后,构建双矢量无模型预测控制的电流预测方程,输出使得交直轴电流误差最小的电压矢量.仿真结果和样机实验验证了基于ASTEKO的双矢量MFPCC性能优于单矢量MFPCC和传统双矢量MPCC,所提控制策略实现了系统精确的电流控制、快速的动态响应,并具有较强的鲁棒性.

    Abstract:

    Conventional Model Predictive Current Control (MPCC) for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) relies heavily on accurate mathematical models and motor parameters,and its ability to handle model mismatches and parameter variations is limited.Hence,this paper proposes a Dual-Vector Model-Free Predictive Current Control (DV-MFPCC) strategy based on an Adaptive Strong Tracking Extended Kalman Observer (ASTEKO).First,the parameter-dependent and unknown components of the original mathematical model are unified as lumped disturbances,and an extended ultra local model of PMSM is established.Second,the ASTEKO is designed to estimate the nonlinear parts of the model,and a sliding window is employed to adjust the residual threshold,thereby improving the sensitivity to state variations.Finally,by integrating dual-vector MFPCC,the current prediction equation is constructed,and voltage vectors are output to minimize the error between the dq-axis currents and their reference values.Simulation results show that the proposed strategy outperforms both single-vector MFPCC and dual-vector MPCC.Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy,demonstrating precise current control,rapid dynamic response,and strong robustness.
