    摘要:

    负荷密度的增加和外电馈入比例的提高使得受端输电网络的短路电流水平不断攀升,影响了受端电网的安全运行,为此,本文提出一种基于复杂网络理论的多直流馈入受端网架优化方法.研究并提出改进的复杂网络理论社团发现算法,搜索受端电网关键联络线,形成预开断线路集.以短路电流改善程度、多馈入短路比指标及网络有功损耗作为目标函数,建立受端电网网架多目标优化模型.为提高模型的准确性,在电网运行方式中,考虑新能源出力不确定性的影响,利用非参数核密度估计和 Frank-Copula 函数生成风光出力场景并聚类得到典型场景集.利用 NSGA-Ⅱ 算法求解模型,得到 Pareto 最优解集,选取满足N-1校核的最优决策方案.最后,通过算例验证所提方法的有效性.

    Abstract:

    The increasing load density and the higher proportion of external power infeed continuously raise the level of short-circuit current in the receiving-end transmission network,thereby affecting the safe operation of the receiving-end grid.To address this issue,we propose an optimization approach for the receiving-end grid with multi-infeed DC based on complex network theory.We investigate complex network theory and introduce an improved community detection algorithm specifically designed to pinpoint critical interconnection lines within the receiving-end grid,forming a pre-disconnection line set.Targeting at the improvement of short-circuit current level,the multi-infeed short-circuit ratio,and the active loss of the grid,a multi-objective optimization model is established for the receiving-end grid framework.To enhance the model accuracy,the impact of uncertainty in renewable energy output in the grid operation modes is considered,then the non-parametric kernel density estimation and Frank-Copula function are utilized to generate scenarios of wind and solar output,which are then clustered to obtain a set of typical scenarios.The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is employed to solve the model,obtaining a Pareto-optimal solution set,from which the optimal decision solution satisfying N-1 verification is selected.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated through case studies.
