巢湖西半湖真核浮游植物群落特征与驱动因子作用机制

    浮游植物作为湖泊生态系统物质循环、能量循环的主要参与者,获取其群落结构信息在应对和调节湖泊生态系统具有重要意义。本研究通过高通量测序检测巢湖西半湖冬季和夏季真核浮游植物的群落特征,调查期间共检测出真核浮游植物7门71属,夏季7门59属,冬季5门27属,以绿藻门、硅藻门为主,冬季较夏季优势属变化较大。Shannon-Wiener指数夏季、冬季均值为1.83、1.88,Pielou指数夏季、冬季均值0.75、0.83。两种多样性指数均值均为夏季小于冬季。水质分析结果表明,研究期间巢湖西半湖水体TN、TP偏高,夏季、冬季水体理化指标具有显著性差异(p≤0.05)。冗余分析表明,PO4--P浓度、TN浓度、TP浓度和NH4+-N浓度对真核浮游植物群落解释率最大,其中PO4--P浓度的影响达到显著水平(p≤0.05)。Mantel相关性分析表明,真核浮游植物丰度与WT、DO、pH、NH4+-N、TN和Chl.a有着良好的相关性。通过变差分解分析得到,季节因素对真核浮游植物群落解释度最高。

    Abstract:

    Phytoplankton is a major participant in the material and energy cycles of lake ecosystems, and obtaining information on its community structure is of great significance in coping with and regulating lake ecosystems. In this study, we examined the community characteristics of eukaryotic phytoplankton in the western half of Chaohu Lake in winter and summer by high-throughput sequencing. A total of 7 phyla and 71 Genus of eukaryotic phytoplankton were detected during the survey, 7 phyla and 59 Genus in summer and 5 phyla and 27 genera in winter, dominated by Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta, and the dominant genus varied greatly in winter compared with those in summer. The mean values of Shannon-Wiener index in summer and winter were 1.83 and 1.88 respectively, and the mean values of Pielou index in summer and winter were 0.75 and 0.83 respectively. The mean values of both diversity indices were smaller in summer than in winter. The results of water quality analysis indicated that TN and TP were relatively high in the western half of Chaohu Lake during the study period, and the physicochemical of the water body were significantly different between summer and winter (p≤0.05). Redundancy analysis showed that PO4--P concentration, TN concentration, TP concentration and NH4+-N concentration had the greatest explanatory rate for the eukaryotic phytoplankton community, the effect of PO4--P concentration reaching a significant level (p≤0.05). Mantel correlation analysis showed that there was a good correlation between eukaryotic phytoplankton abundance with WT, DO, pH, NH4+-N, TN and Chl.a. Variance Partitioning Analysis showed that seasonal factors explained the eukaryotic phytoplankton community the most.
