Rec-chain:international journal publishing system based on blockchain with Proof of Concept in Hyperledger Composer

    摘要:

    随着国内科研水平的提升与出版行业的快速发展,我国逐渐成为世界性地科研产出大国,但我国的国际期刊论文出版工作却面临先天不足、出版成本高、论文发表时效性差等问题.本文旨在探讨基于区块链技术构建去中心化的国际期刊论文出版系统的可行性,解决当前我国国际期刊论文出版面临的问题.首先对基于区块链的国际期刊论文出版系统可行性进行分析,提出基于区块链技术的国际期刊论文出版系统模型Rec-chain,使用Hyperledger Composer对系统模型进行概念证明,并使用Hyperledger Caliper测试模型性能.模型通过了可行性测试与概念证明,性能测试表明系统在吞吐量和延时性方面是具有可行性的.通过实验表明基于区块链技术的国际期刊论文出版系统能够有效地解决当前国际期刊论文出版面临的一些问题,且具有性能上的可行性.

    Abstract:

    With the improvement of domestic scientific research and the rapid development of publishing industry,China has gradually become a world power in scientific research output.However,China's international journal paper publishing is faced with such problems as slow progress,high cost and poor timeliness.This paper aims to build a decentralized international journal publishing system to solve these problems.Firstly,the feasibility of an international journal publishing system based on blockchain was analyzed,and then the model of Rec-chain for international journal publishing based on blockchain was proposed.Hyperledger Composer was used for the proof of the model concept,and Hyperledger Caliper was used to test the model performance.The proposed model has passed the feasibility test and the concept proof,and the performance test shows that the system is feasible in terms of throughput and delay.Experiment results show that the proposed Rec-chain system can effectively solve the problems faced by international journal publishing system,and has the performance feasibility.
